We work continuously to ensure that our products and services are of the highest quality. If there is an issue with any of our products or services, we will take steps necessary to correct the issue as outlined within our Terms and Conditions. Once services have been delivered, we may only be able to issue a partial refund if the identified issue is not able to be fully corrected.
Due to the nature of perishable items and sanitary considerations, we are not able to accept returns on groceries. If grocery items arrived damaged or expired, please contact us right away so that our team can procure and deliver a replacement.
You may cancel your order up to 3 calendar days ahead of your arrival. If you cancel your order after that point, a $25 cancelation fee applies and additional re-stocking fees may also apply.
